Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data nesdesignco collects through this website and the Vibe Console app. The short version: the app has no analytics or telemetry, and the website uses two analytics tools.

Website

This website uses two analytics services to understand how visitors use it:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location, and device and browser information.
• Seean (seean.io), which collects similar usage statistics about page visits.

We use this data only to measure and improve the website. You can block these tools with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker without affecting the site.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy, and sends you your license key and receipt. We do not receive or store your card details. We can see your order details and email address in order to provide support and refunds.

The app

Vibe Console has no analytics, tracking or telemetry. Your projects, files, prompts and settings stay on your Mac.

The app connects to the internet only for these purposes:

• License activation and validation. When you activate a license, the app sends your license key, our Polar organization ID and your Mac's name (as the activation label) to Polar's license API. To validate or deactivate it later, it sends the license key, organization ID and activation ID. No other app data is sent. License data is kept in your Mac's Keychain.
• Usage readings. To show usage rings, the app reads quota information directly from the AI providers you are signed in to, using the credentials already stored on your Mac by their CLIs or apps, or a sign-in you make inside the app. For Claude Code the app runs the claude command, which contacts Anthropic under Anthropic's own terms. This data goes only between your Mac and that provider.
• Skills. When you install, update or check a skill for updates, the app contacts its source (GitHub, npm, PyPI or the tool's site).
• Dropped links. When you drop an image link into a terminal, the app downloads that image to a temporary file.
• Custom endpoints. Endpoints you add yourself, such as a custom usage endpoint or a local model server, are contacted to read their data.
• Check for Updates opens this website in your browser.

Agent CLIs, skills and commands that you run in the app's terminals are third-party software with their own network access and privacy policies.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

Your rights
