Refund Policy

Vibe Console includes a 14-day Mac trial. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

Subscriptions

For a subscription bought on iPhone, request a refund from Apple. For a Mac web subscription, request a refund from Paddle, the merchant of record. Each merchant handles its own payments and refunds under its terms and applicable law. If you need help identifying the merchant for your purchase, email support@vibeconsole.dev. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a past charge; deleting your Vibe Console account does not cancel billing.

Earlier one-time Mac purchases

The 7-day money-back guarantee offered with the earlier one-time Polar license remains in force for those purchases. If you bought one and are within seven days of purchase, email support@vibeconsole.dev with your checkout email or order number. Polar handles the refund to the original payment method. A refunded license key is revoked.

This policy does not limit rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
